One of the most important characteristics for the quality of the foaming is the efficiency of the expanded polyurethane injection machine.

Our Heads are equipped with a hydraulic controlled self-cleaning piston which retracts, allowing the spill of the raw components injected from the nozzles inside the mixing chamber and the mixing head, where the materials are carefully mixed at high pressure (from 1.500 psi to 2.800

psi).

The polyurethane injection occurs through the casting of the quantity of the expected material based on the volume to be filled, after that the coils close and the self-cleaning piston lowers to the closed position, ready for the further expanded polyurethane injection.

It is very important that the nozzles have the exact side for the components’ viscosity and the requested productivity.
