CABINET AND REFRIGERATOR FOAMING LINES

Industrial plant for the foaming of the refrigerator cabinets consisting of containment fixtures for the injection of the polyurethane foam (PU) inside the refrigerators cabinets which are intended to counteract the expanding effect of the polyurethane foam until the polymerization is complete.

The production line can be configured in different ways based on the available industrial space and on the required productivity.

SINGLE STATION

Single model fixtures with manual versioning for low productions, generally dedicated to food refrigerators (production of refrigerated counters, cold rooms, vending machines), industrial refrigeration systems and medical refrigerators.

MULTIPLE STATION

Single/multiple model fixtures with automatic or semi-automatic versioning for high production of domestic refrigerators (Single-Door Refrigerator, Double Door Refrigerator, Built-in Refrigerator, Side by Side and French Door Refrigerators). This product type can contain from 1 model mould (Single Fixture) up to a maximum of 4 model moulds (Rotating Fixture at 2, 3 or 4 positions).
