Electromechanical system for the refrigerator doors’ foaming consisting of containment fixtures for the injection of insulating products into the refrigerator’s doors with the aim of countering the stress of the thermal insulation material.
The number of stations varies according to the production requirements and the technical polymerization times of the insulating material.
ROTATING DRUMS
Single/multiple model fixtures from 2 up to 10 positions with electric/hydraulic or fully electric handling, for the injection of polyurethane foam with closed or opened mould.
CAROUSELS / PATERNOSTER
Single/multiple model fixtures over 10 positions with electric/hydraulic or fully electric handling, for the injection of polyurethane foam with closed or opened mould.
