Astom is aware of the importance of satisfying customization needs of the industrial plant as well as the quality of the raw materials and, for this reason, it dedicates a large space to technical design and internal production of the mechanical parts which satisfies almost all the used components.
Our goal is to achieve the 100% production of the mechanical parts and the necessary components in the construction of our foaming stations to offer a more efficient and customized product with a high level of performance.
That’s why we constantly invest in updating, development and acquisition of the latest generation of CNC machine tools for metal working.
ASTOM E GRUPPO COSMA
Astom Srl nasce nel 1985 e inizia sin da subito la sua attività nell’ambito della realizzazione di stampi per il poliuretano espanso e stazioni di schiumatura per conto terzi per uno dei più grandi marchi del settore – Cannon Ergos.
Al suo fianco una preziosa risorsa, il Gruppo Cosma di cui Astom Srl entra a far parte.
La solidità di Cosma Group e le competenze tecnologiche delle aziende del gruppo – Cosma Srl, Mecos Srl e Forest Srl – hanno portato Astom Srl ad affermarsi sempre di più per qualità e competitività delle sue linee di schiumatura fino a delineare una sua precisa identità sul mercato.
Oggi, Astom ha abbandonato la lavorazione conto terzi e propone stampi, macchine per iniezione poliuretano, stazioni di schiumatura, Cabinet line, Door lines, tamburi rotanti di ultima generazione e ad alta tecnologia a marchio proprio.
Un passaggio importante nella storia dell’azienda a conferma della passione, della tenacia e della qualità della lavorazione nonché dellimportanza della progettazione, anch’essa fatta internamente.
Le linee di contenimento ad iniezione poliuretano a marchio Astom sono presenti in tutto il mondo e sono impiegate dai principali attori nel settore della produzione di frigoriferi domestici e industriali.
Astom Srl and Cosma Group
Astom Srl was founded in 1985 and started immediately its activity in the production of moulds for polyurethane foam and foaming stations on behalf of one of the largest brands in the sector – Cannon Ergos.
At its side there is a precious resource, the Cosma Group of which Astom Srl becomes a part.
The solidity of the Cosma Group and its technological skills have led Astom Srl to establish itself more and more for the quality and competitiveness of its foaming lines to the point of outlining its precise identity on the market.
Nowadays, Astom has abandoned the outsourcing manufacturing and offers moulds, polyurethane injection machines, foaming stations, Cabinet line, Door lines, high technology rotating drums of the latest generation under its own brand.
An important step in the history of the company confirming the passion, tenacity and quality of the workmanship as well as the importance of the design, also done internally.
The polyurethane injection containment lines of the Astom brand are present all over the world and are used by the main players in the field of domestic and industrial refrigerator production.
