Astom Srl realizes foam expanded polyurethane injection stations for cabinets and refrigerator door.
Polyurethane foam is nothing more than the insulation that allows the maintenance of low temperature inside the refrigerator. Its insulating capacity is the result of a good reagent mixing and the optimization of the chemical reaction between components.
With over its 30 years of experience gained thanks to the collaboration with the best-known brands, Astom Srl is able to design and produce refrigerator foaming lines tailor made to the needs of space and productivity of its customer. Our foaming lines consist of:
• Loading Station • Oven • Fixture • Unloading Station
Each foaming line is unique because it is designed on the specific needs expressed by the Customer during the design phase.
Astom foaming lines are divided into two types:
- Cabinet Line:
Containment fixtures for the injection of the expanded polyurethane (PU) inside the refrigerator cabinets
- Door Line:
Containment fixtures for the injection of insulating products (PU) inside the refrigerator doors
Astom also offers:
- Dry Parts (Foaming Moulds e Foaming Fixture)
- Wet Equipments (Foaming Units e Heads)
