The mixing of foaming agents is optimized to achieve the right density of mass, hardness and stability of the foam once solidified, ensuring an ideal thermal insulation and with an eye to the environment with an eco-friendly attitude.

Polyurethane injection foaming and containment machines In fact, our refrigerator foaming machines meet the safety and environmental protection regulations, as well as complying with the requirements for exporting all types of foaming stations for refrigeration plants, for both domestic and industrial refrigerator.

Astom polyurethane injection machines guarantee a high quality of the finish product thanks to the mixing system, the polyurethane injection flow and insulating materials, the pressure and the dosage.

All our machines are equipped with:

  • Material recycling system in coated and pressurized tank with closed cycle.
  • Honeycomb pipes - industrial heat exchangers.
  • Sensors for the control of the materials temperature.
  • Axial piston pump or cylinder dispenser.
  • Transducer for monitoring the working capacity (optional).
  • Chiller (Optional)
  • Pneumatic diaphragm pumps for the filling, from the storage tanks to those of the machine.
  • The electrical control system and the safety cabinet – composed of a PLC + touch screen panel -are equipped with light alarm system.
