FOAMING UNITS - FOAM MIXING MACHINES
The thermal insulation and the temperature-maintenance capacity of the refrigerator is given by the mixture of insulating materials and expanded polyurethane.
The mixture is obtained in the mixing machine in which the raw components are inserted and treated at high pressure, starting from 1.500 psi up to 2.800 psi.
Once obtained the right density of the mixture, it is conveyed towards the injection head and casting inside the refrigerator cabinet – in the case of a Cabinet Line – or inside the refrigerator door – in the case of a Door Line -through the expanded polyurethane injection unit.
